Arnold Motor Supply specializes in providing their customers with the products, knowledge, and promotional materials they need to cater to the demands of their marketplace. They came to Emagine with the need for a mobile-friendly website with additional custom programming functionalities.
Using responsive web design, we created an optimal viewing experience across their website. We focused on easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling across a wide range of devices. User experience was in the forefront of our design process.
With the simple functionality needed, we choose to develop their internal employee apparel store on 3dcart. This technology was perfect for Arnold’s. With it, the company can easily manage their internal products/orders.
Arnold Motor Supply had a few custom programming requirements with the development of the new website. They needed to be able to have a zip code locator for their part stores and certified service centers and online invoice search for their employees. We developed a zip code locator utilizing search radius and Google Maps. Each part store or certified service center in the locator has its own landing page with detailed information about each location. The online invoice search allows part stores to gather detailed information about all the past orders at their respective locations. We integrated with Arnold’s internal order processing server to capture the data and store it for archiving.
